Our IPR professionals assist our R&D professionals relating to New/Novel target identification, Infringement/Patentability/Freedom-to-Operate report generation for their drug discovery or process development research. Our IPM team also identifies potential new products and markets for API and novel generic formulations. IPM professional help out in drafting and filing provisional, complete patent applications in India, US, EP and PCT & Non-PCT countries.
For our contract research clients we strictly adhere to Non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements with great importance and priority in order to comply with the business ethics. Further, all IP related data transfer is carried out using highly secured Virtual Private Network (VPN).
